We will do our best to help you with your desired repair!
To do so, we would request more information about your item. We'd ask you to please send us clear images of the item with detailed notes regarding the repair requested so that we can determine how we can help and assist you through the next steps in processing your request.

- For packages coming from outside of the United States, please mark the package as a "return" on the customs form.
- Ship the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Be sure to note the tracking number for your records.
- Make sure the item you are returning is well-padded as to avoid damage during transit. Please make sure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches.
- Include a copy of the completed repair for with your shipment and email a copy of the form with the shipment tracking # to [email protected].
