Your satisfaction is our priority. We’re so sorry to hear that the product you received from us is not to your liking, or may have been received in a condition other than you expected.


Our Returns/Exchange Policy
We allow for returns or exchanges on items within 90 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked FINAL SALE. For items that qualify, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund via your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition, and the return must arrive within 90 days of the original order date.


For all DOMESTIC returns/exchanges please follow these steps:

  2. Click: Start or Manage Your Return Here and complete the request.


For INTERNATIONAL returns/exchanges please follow these steps:

  1. Ship the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Keep the tracking number for your records. 
  2. Make sure the item(s) you are sending are well-padded as to avoid damage during transit. Please make sure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches. 
  3. Include documentation with original order number with your shipment
