Our Returns/Exchange Policy
We allow for returns or exchanges on items within 90 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked FINAL SALE. For items that qualify, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund via your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition, and the return must arrive within 90 days of the original order date.
To have your item exchanged, just follow these steps and we can immediately begin preparing your replacement order:

- Click: Start or Manage Your Return Here and follow the prompts to create a return/exchange.
- If you are simply changing the size of a bracelet or changing the gold color, you can select EXCHANGE to make your new selection. If you want to change the length of a necklace (ie, return 16" and purchase 18") or want to select an entirely new item, you will need to select RETURN.
- If you’d like to place an immediate replacement order, your Instant Refund Voucher which can be used right away to place your new order for the correct size or item(s). This way, we will be able to get started on your new order without having to wait to receive your previous purchase.
- When placing your replacement order, paste your Instant Refund Voucher number in the Gift Card or Discount Code field at checkout.
