How Do I Exchange an Item?

We offer exchanges within 90 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and is not custom or final sale. You may exchange an item for a different size, metal color, or style, or opt for a full refund via your original payment method.

How to Exchange Your Item

1. Click here to start your exchange.
2. Select “Start or Manage Your Return Here” and follow the prompts.
3. If you’re changing a bracelet size or gold color, select EXCHANGE and choose your new item.
4. If you're exchanging for a different length (e.g., returning a 16” necklace for an 18”) or selecting a completely different item, choose RETURN instead.
5. To receive your replacement item immediately, use your Instant Refund Voucher to place a new order without waiting for your return to be processed.
6. At checkout, enter your Instant Refund Voucher number in the Gift Card or Discount Code field.
