Do our products have a warranty?Updated 16 hours ago

Our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewelry breaks within the first three months of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact us with your order details, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. If the damage occurs outside of this timeframe, we may still be able to assist with repairs through our restringing service.

  • If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a replacement of like kind or a refund for the original purchase price.
  • If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and offer repair services at cost if available.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Pearl jewelry, like all fine jewelry, is subject to normal wear and tear and should be handled with care. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Stretching of silk thread over time, requiring restringing.
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Worn-down metal settings that may need restoration.
  • Bent, broken, or worn prongs, which can cause pearls or stones to become loose.
  • Lost pearls or stones due to accidental damage, chipping, or breakage.
