Our Jewelry Warranty & Repair Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. To provide peace of mind, we offer the following coverage:

90-Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns.

One-Year Repair Guarantee

We will cover all repairs for one year from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Restringing if a strand breaks
  • Resetting pearls or stones that become dislodged
  • Repairing or replacing chains that break

If your jewelry requires repair within this timeframe, please contact us with your order details. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While we stand by our craftsmanship, normal wear and tear is expected with fine jewelry. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, or bathing
  • Lost pearls or stones due to accidental damage, chipping, or breakage

For repairs outside of the one-year period, we offer professional restringing and repair services at a reasonable cost.
