Do make sure to keep a copy of your shipment’s tracking number for your records. Once we receive your item in our vault, we will review our inventory to confirm if a match can be made. We will contact you to provide an update as soon as possible, and will let you know if one of our designers has confirmed a match.

If you are not comfortable sending your pearl(s) to us, we ask that you send us photos in various light settings so that we can do our best to match the coloring/overtones.
